Art Print Return Policy
At Zen Creative Studios, we hold quality and customer satisfaction as our topmost priority. We understand that sometimes, an item may not meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth and transparent return process, please review our return policy for art prints below:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Print returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for any damages or misprints.  We do not accept returns/refunds for digital downloads. 
2. Requirement of Proof: Due to the unique nature of our art prints, we require photographic evidence to understand the reason for your return. Please make sure the picture clearly shows the issue.
3. Initiating a Return: To start your return process, please fill out the Contact form on our website. It’s crucial to include your order number for quick processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the artwork.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and verify the issue, your refund will be processed within 2-4 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
